One downside was that there was a pretty decent amount of excess sheeting left over. I imagine that tighter calculations on supplies might have saved us a bit more money.

Would definitely recommend the team from Sandhurst Roofing. The weather didn't play nice when we had the roof done, inc hundreds of tiles replaced, cleaned, sealed, re-pointed and painted, but they got there in the end. Had a few of my own health problems, including a hospital stay in amongst getting it all done, however apart from giving the boys a fright with how I looked when I got out of hospital, they took it in their stride and kept comments to themselves, probably until they got in their trucks. Hoping to use them again if my daughter finds out her roof needs fixing.
